Prosecutors of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reported suspicion against a resident of Kamianske for organizing the illegal transportation of individuals across the state border of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, in June 2025, the suspect established a scheme for the departure of conscripted individuals outside Ukraine beyond official border crossing points. He valued his "services" at 10,000 US dollars.

For a resident of Kramatorsk, who was seeking an opportunity to leave the country, the organizer determined a route through the Chernihiv region towards the Ukrainian-Belarusian border. Following the suspect's instructions, the man arrived in Kamianske, where he was to transfer part of the agreed sum. At the moment of receiving 20,000 UAH, law enforcement officers detained the organizer.

At the prosecutor's request, a preventive measure in the form of detention with the possibility of bail has been chosen for him.

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 7 to 9 years with confiscation of property and a ban on holding certain positions or engaging in certain activities for up to three years.

Pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police in the Donetsk region under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, with operational support provided by employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
