Under the procedural guidance of the Okhtyrka District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on September 14, 2025, around 11:00 PM, the enemy struck, according to preliminary data, with two missiles at the territory of an agricultural enterprise in the Boromlyanska community of the Okhtyrka district in the Sumy region.

As a result of the attack by the occupiers, 12 people who were involved in the harvest collection were injured. 

About 30 units of agricultural machinery were damaged.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the attack.

The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by investigators from the Okhtyrka District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Sumy region.
