Prosecutors of the Chernivtsi Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with detectives from the TUBEB, ensured the recovery of 4 million UAH in unpaid taxes to the state budget.

During the sale of non-residential premises in Chernivtsi, an intermediary (real estate agent) artificially undervalued the price in the documents, while taking the difference in cash. As a result of these actions, the state budget lost 4 million UAH.

At the stage of the pre-trial investigation, the losses to the state were fully compensated. A motion has been submitted to the court for the release of the individual from criminal liability.
