The army of the Russian Federation shelled peaceful cities of Ukraine: there are dead and wounded, damage to civilian and critical infrastructure

Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of war crimes committed by the Russian armed forces against the civilian population. Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutors' offices of Kharkiv, Chernihiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the facts of war crimes as provided for in Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Kharkiv Region
On November 18, around 22:50, the Russian armed forces struck the city of Berestyn with two missiles.
As a result of the missile strike on the city, a 17-year-old girl was killed an hour later. Eight people, including a 16-year-old boy, were injured. Two women also experienced acute stress reactions.
It has been preliminarily established that the Russian troops used four Iskander-type ballistic missiles.
Residential buildings, outbuildings, a church, shops, and transport were damaged. An infrastructure facility was also hit.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
On the night of November 18, the Russian troops launched a massive drone strike on the city of Dnipro. Two people were injured.
Residential buildings, a television center building, the administrative building of a university, transport infrastructure, shops, cars, and a TV tower were damaged.
In the Novooleksandrivka community, private construction was damaged. In the Samariivka and Pavlohrad districts, critical infrastructure was affected due to drone strikes.
Chernihiv Region
After midnight on November 18, the occupiers once again attacked the civilian population, striking with drones at civilian infrastructure in the city of Horodnia, Chernihiv region.
Two local residents were killed while in one of the houses.
The shockwave damaged about 10 private houses. Information regarding damages and casualties is being clarified.
An enemy drone also hit a non-operational enterprise.
