Prosecutors of the Cherkasy District Prosecutor's Office proved in court that the man had been sexually assaulting his own daughter for a long time when she was with him. The child's parents are divorced. 

The crime first occurred in the summer of 2024 — a 36-year-old man raped his 13-year-old daughter on the territory of one of the enterprises.

In the summer of 2025, he committed sexual acts against his daughter again - at his workplace, when she brought him coffee. In the same year, he committed similar actions against his son's 14-year-old acquaintance, who was visiting their home.

The victim told her brother about what her father had done, who informed her mother and the latter turned to law enforcement agencies.

Another victim, a 14-year-old acquaintance, was notified to law enforcement agencies by the social service.

During the consideration of the case, the accused denied the circumstances of the case. At the same time, the evidence collected during the pre-trial investigation fully confirmed his guilt.

At the public prosecution of juvenile prosecutors of the Cherkasy District Prosecutor's Office, the man was found guilty of committing criminal offenses under Part 4 of Art. 152, Part 1 of Art. 155, Part 2 of Art. 155 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and finally imposed a sentence of  13 years in prison. 

In addition, information about him is included in the Unified Register of Persons Convicted of Criminal Offenses Against Sexual Freedom and Sexual Integrity of a Minor.

The said court decision did not enter into force. 

The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings was carried out by investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Cherkasy Regional Directorate of the National Police in Cherkasy region.
