The Bucha District Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit in the interests of the territorial community of the village of Kotsyubynske to recover nearly 1.5 million UAH of unjustly retained funds in the form of rent from a business entity.

It has been established that the company acquired a real estate object located on a land plot of communal ownership with an area of 1 hectare. At the same time, no lease agreement was concluded with the village council, and payment for land use did not reach the local budget.

In light of these violations, the prosecutor's office has taken up the defense of the interests of the territorial community and has appealed to the Economic Court with a claim for damages from the private company.
