Under the procedural guidance of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

At night, the enemy attacked a critical civilian infrastructure facility. Additionally, in one of the settlements of the Obukhiv district, the premises of a store, a fitness club, and a business office were damaged. 

Fortunately, there are no injured people. 

Prosecutors, together with SBU employees, are documenting the crimes of the Russian Federation against the civilian population of Ukraine.
