Kyiv

As a result of the enemy's attack on the capital, four people were killed, including a child. There are also reports of more than 10 injured - they have burns, shrapnel wounds, and cuts. 

In the Solomianskyi district, a 5-story residential building was damaged due to a drone strike, and the building of the Institute of Cardiology was also affected. 

In the Holosiivskyi district, a private house and warehouses of household goods were damaged, while in the Darnytskyi district, a kindergarten and trade pavilions were affected.

In the Dniprovskyi district, cars parked near a multi-story building caught fire. 

In the Sviatoshynskyi district, a car service building was damaged.

Kyiv Region

Fastiv District:

* In the village of Hlevakha, a summer house caught fire.

* A drone strike was recorded on the territory of a bread factory. As a result of the attack, the administrative building and vehicles were damaged, and four civilians were injured.

* In the village of Hatne, debris from downed drones caused fires in several private houses.

* In total, 8 people were injured in the district.

Boryspil District:

* In the city of Boryspil, drones hit warehouse and residential facilities. A private house was destroyed, and warehouses, an administrative building, and vehicles were damaged.

* In the village of Mala Oleksandrivka, a house was damaged by debris.

Obukhiv District:

* In the city of Vasylkiv, debris from a downed missile damaged about 15 garages, 10 cars, and shattered windows in a residential building.

* 1 person was injured.

Brovary District:

* In the village of Knyazhychi, debris from a missile damaged a private house.

Buchansk District:

* In the village of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, debris from a missile fell in a residential area. Private and multi-apartment buildings were damaged, along with about 20 cars.

* 14 people sustained minor injuries.

Bila Tserkva District:

* In the city of Bila Tserkva, debris from a downed drone damaged private houses and cars.

* A strike was also recorded on a hotel complex and a shopping and entertainment center, where fires broke out.

Zaporizhzhia

In the night and around five in the morning on September 28, 2025, the Russian army launched a combined strike on the infrastructure of Zaporizhzhia. 

One of the enemy's missiles hit near a multi-story building. Currently, at least 30 people are reported injured, including three children. 

The territory of a private household and other infrastructure of the regional center also came under fire.

Odesa Region

As a result of enemy shelling in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, a workshop and warehouse of finished products of an enterprise were destroyed. The roof of a neighboring private house was also damaged by the fire.

Law enforcement continues to document the consequences of another attack by the Russian Federation. 

Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors, an investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings regarding the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the Security Service of Ukraine.
