According to preliminary information, on September 9 during the day, the occupiers dropped an aerial bomb on the village of Yarova in the Lyman community of the Donetsk region. At that moment, civilians were receiving pension payments near the mobile post carrier point. 

The strike hit directly among peaceful people. As of 1:00 PM, it is known that more than 20 people have died, and about two dozen people have been injured. 

Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the war crime (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). 

Currently, law enforcement officers are on site to document this war crime. As investigative actions are ongoing, the number of victims and injured may change.

We emphasize: no war crime committed by the Russian Federation and its perpetrators will go unpunished.
