Under the procedural guidance of the Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office, the director of one of the children's sanatorium and health complexes has been notified of suspicion for declaring false information (Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It has been established that when filling out the declarations for the year 2022, the official indicated false data regarding property worth over 8 million UAH.

The suspect did not indicate in the document that he owns a house in the regional center with an area of over 400 square meters.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police in the Rivne region with operational support from the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
