The Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office has proven the guilt of a former court employee under Part 1 of Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for participating in a terrorist organization. He has been sentenced in absentia to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property and deprived of the right to hold positions in state authorities and local self-government for 3 years.

In 2016, a judge of the Donetsk District Administrative Court voluntarily joined the work of the illegally established "Telmaniv District Court" and took the position of a judge. He is currently "administering justice" based on the occupation's fictitious laws and regulations.  

The special pre-trial investigation is conducted by the Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigations located in Kramatorsk.
