By the age of 15, a traitor was convicted of lattice - the Office of the Prosecutor General defended his punishment in the Supreme Court

Prosecutors from the Office of the Attorney General upheld in the Supreme Court the sentence of a police officer from Kharkiv region, convicted of treason committed under martial law (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) and illegal possession of ammunition (Part 1 of Article 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

He was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Prosecutors in courts of all instances proved that the convicted individual, from the beginning of the full-scale invasion until May 2022, was transmitting data about the movement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine units and military equipment, the temporary location of law enforcement agencies, and checkpoints in the Kharkiv region, in execution of a task from the FSB of the Russian Federation.

The Cassation Criminal Court as part of the Supreme Court agreed with the prosecutor's arguments that the guilt is proven, the qualification of actions is correct, and the imposed punishment is a fair measure of coercion for the traitor.

Currently, the convicted individual is serving the sentence imposed by the court.
