Under the public prosecution of the juvenile prosecutor of the Chortkiv District Prosecutor's Office, the court found a resident of Ternopil region guilty of raping a minor (part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The prosecutor proved in court that in July 2024, a 24-year-old young man, while in a state of intoxication, entered the victim's home, as he was acquainted with her older sister. Besides the 14-year-old girl, there was no one else in the house. Taking advantage of this, the convicted individual intimidated the child, threatening her with murder, and raped her.

By the court's verdict, he was sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment.
