Juvenile prosecutors of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office have submitted an indictment to the court against a couple who systematically committed serious crimes against the sexual freedom of their own child.

It has been established that since the child turned six months old, from 2016 to 2023, the accused have been corrupting their minor daughter and committing violent sexual acts against her, taking advantage of the child's helpless state. All their actions were recorded on camera, creating pornographic materials. 

During searches at the family's residence, technical devices containing files that are evidence of criminal activity were discovered and seized. The obtained materials indicate that the girl was subjected to sexual violence.

The child has been removed from the dangerous environment: she is under proper social supervision.

The couple has been notified of suspicion under Articles 152, 153, 156, 301, 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — committing violent sexual acts against a minor child and her corruption, as well as the creation and storage of child pornography.

Currently, the accused are in custody.

The public prosecution will be supported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, Yuriy Papusha.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict.
