Lifetime imprisonment: For cooperation with the enemy, the expert of the court in Kherson region was convicted
08.09.2025
Under the public prosecution of the prosecutors of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, the former head of the Henichesk District Court has been found guilty of treason and collaborationist activities (Part 2 of Article 111, Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
By the court's verdict, she was sentenced to life imprisonment with confiscation of property. She was also deprived of the right to hold positions in state authorities, state administration, local self-government, judicial and law enforcement bodies, to engage in law enforcement activities and activities related to the administration of justice and the provision of public services for a period of 15 years.
It has been proven that the convicted individual consciously collaborated with the enemy in July 2022. Using her official position, she transmitted the personal data of court employees she headed, as well as information about police representatives, military enlistment offices, and social protection — Ukrainian citizens who were in the occupied territory and held a strong pro-Ukrainian position, to a Russian curator via messenger.
In July 2023, she took the position of so-called "judge" in the illegally created "Henichesk District Court of the Kherson Region." In this position, she facilitated the functioning of the pseudo-body, considered cases under the legislation of the Russian Federation, and also carried out other tasks assigned by representatives of the occupying administration.
The verdict was rendered in absentia. The convicted individual will serve her sentence from the moment of her arrest.
A special pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation in the city of Melitopol with operational support from the Security Service of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv and Ternopil regions.
