According to the investigation, on December 17, 2025, the enemy attacked the settlements of Kherson region with artillery weapons and drones. 

As of 5:30 PM, there are reports of two dead and four injured.

Thus, one man was killed by artillery shelling in Kherson, and two were injured.

Two more civilians were injured from drone strikes.

The other deceased is a man who sustained injuries incompatible with life when Russian military forces dropped explosives on him from a drone while he was riding a moped in the village of Daryivka.

As a result of the shelling, private and multi-apartment buildings, as well as vehicles, were damaged.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all necessary measures to document the war crimes committed by the Russian military. Under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor's Office of Kherson region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the facts of war crimes (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
