Schedule for Interviews with Local Prosecutors

In accordance with paragraph 1 of section IV of the Procedure for Prosecutors' Certification, approved by the order of the Prosecutor General on October 3, 2019, No. 221, we publish the schedule for interviews aimed at determining the compliance of local prosecutors, military prosecutors of garrisons (on local terms) with the requirements of professional competence, professional ethics, and integrity.

Interviews will take place in Kyiv on the day specified in the SCHEDULE during working hours.

Detailed information regarding the location and time of the interview will be communicated to each prosecutor via email.

The writing of the practical task will begin at 09:00. During the writing of the practical task, it is permitted to use paper texts of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

After that, at 10:00, prosecutors are invited to the interview.

Prosecutors must have their passport or prosecutor's service ID with them.

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of section IV of the Procedure for Prosecutors' Certification, approved by the order of the Prosecutor General on October 3, 2019, No. 221, the Prosecutor General approved the List of Practical Tasks for assessing the level of practical skills and abilities during the certification of local prosecutors and military prosecutors of garrisons (on local terms) on September 23, 2025.

SAMPLE PRACTICAL TASK

Individuals and legal entities, state authorities, and local self-government bodies may provide information that may indicate a prosecutor's non-compliance with the criteria of competence, professional ethics, and integrity (including anonymously) to the email address – [email protected]  

Prosecutors scheduled for the interview, who are unable to attend for valid reasons, may send appropriate requests to the email address of the fourteenth personnel commission of the regional prosecutor's offices for the certification of local prosecutors and military prosecutors of garrisons (on local terms): [email protected]
