SCHEDULE of interviews with prosecutors and investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office

In accordance with paragraph 1 of section IV of the Procedure for Prosecutors' Certification, approved by the order of the Attorney General on October 3, 2019, No. 221, we publish the schedule for interviews aimed at determining the compliance of prosecutors and investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office with the requirements of professional competence, professional ethics, and integrity.
The interview will take place in Kyiv on the day specified in the SCHEDULE during working hours.
Detailed information regarding the location and time of the interview will be communicated to the prosecutor via email.
The writing of the practical task will begin at 09:00. During the writing of the practical task, it is permitted to use paper texts of the CPC, CC, and the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
After that, at 10:00, the interview will commence.
You must have your passport or prosecutor's service ID with you.
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 of section IV of the Procedure for Prosecutors' Certification, approved by the order of the Attorney General dated 03.10.2019 No. 221, the Attorney General approved the List of Practical Tasks for assessing the level of practical skills and abilities during the certification of prosecutors and investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine on September 23, 2025.
A sample practical task for 09.10.2025 is posted on the website of the Office of the Attorney General in the sections "Certification of Prosecutors and Investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine" and "Announcements".
