Schedule for the Examination on Legislative Knowledge for Prosecutors and Investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine
In accordance with the Procedure for Prosecutors' Certification, approved by the order of the General Prosecutor dated October 3, 2019, No. 221, we publish the schedule for the examination in the form of anonymous testing using computer technology to determine the level of knowledge and skills in the application of the law, and the compliance of prosecutors and investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine in exercising their powers.
The examination in the form of anonymous testing using computer technology to determine the level of knowledge and skills in the application of the law, and the compliance of prosecutors in exercising their powers will take place in Kyiv, on the day specified in SCHEDULE, during working hours.
Detailed information regarding the place and time of the examination will be communicated to each prosecutor via email.
In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2 of Section II of the Procedure for Prosecutors' Certification, approved by the order of the General Prosecutor dated 03.10.2019, No. 221, on October 4, 2023, the List of Test Questions for the examination in the form of anonymous testing using computer technology to determine the level of knowledge and skills in the application of the law, and the compliance of prosecutors in exercising their powers for the certification of prosecutors and investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine was approved and published on the website of the Office of the General Prosecutor in the sections "Certification of Prosecutors and Investigators of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine" and "Announcements" on October 4, 2023.
Prosecutors must have their passport or service ID with them.
Prosecutors who, according to the schedule, will take the examination and are unable to attend for valid reasons may send the appropriate statements to the email address of the personnel commission of the Office of the General Prosecutor: [email protected]
