Former General Director of the Football Club "Zorya"
He organized the execution of fictitious contracts between a private company and the football club regarding the search for and signing of contracts with two players, and also submitted false data to the tax authorities, resulting in the club's tax obligations being understated by more than 5 million UAH. He also participated in mass events and gave interviews to hostile media, where he expressed support for the actions of the aggressor country.
So-called "Head of the LNR Government"
A resident of Luhansk began supporting Russia back in 2014. He is a former major general and held various leadership positions under the occupiers. Representatives of the Russian Federation entrusted him to head the so-called "LNR government."
"First Deputy Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the LNR"
He ensures the functioning of the occupying authority, participates in meetings of relevant committees together with representatives of Russia, and reports on the implementation of "programs for the reconstruction of the young republic."
"First Deputy Minister of Health of the LNR"
After the full-scale Russian invasion, a citizen of Ukraine voluntarily agreed to work in the so-called "LNR ministry" and manage its main processes.
This once again confirms that regardless of positions and status, everyone who collaborates with the occupying administrations will be held accountable under the law.
Indictments have also been sent to court regarding official forgery, the creation of illegal armed formations, encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and tax evasion.
As a result of the court proceedings, three guilty verdicts have been issued in cases of collaborationism. The convicted individuals received their sentences in absentia.
The Luhansk Regional Prosecutor's Office continues to systematically document crimes and facts of collaboration with the enemy, ensuring the inevitability of punishment for all involved in crimes against Ukraine.
