On the night of October 10, 2025, the Russian Federation carried out another massive attack on peaceful cities in Ukraine, using missiles of various types and UAVs.
Kyiv
In the capital, at least 11 people were injured, including 10 in the Pechersk district and one person in the Holosiivskyi district.
As a result of a fire caused by a UAV, a 17-story residential building in the Pechersk district of the capital was damaged. The victims suffered blast injuries, burns, and poisoning from combustion products.
In addition, the facade and windows of a building and parked cars in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital were damaged.
Kyiv Region
In the city of Brovary, 3 apartment buildings, 4 food kiosks, and 1 store were damaged. Additionally, 2 cars were destroyed, and another 2 vehicles were damaged.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
In Dnipro, Kamianske, and Kryvyi Rih, the energy infrastructure was under attack.
Furthermore, in the Samarskyi and Kryvorizkyi districts, two men were injured, and a private house was damaged.
In Synelnykove, a combine harvester, a truck, and a farm building were damaged.
Nikopol was under artillery and Grad rocket fire.
In the morning, the enemy attacked Kryvyi Rih with missiles — three people were injured, and warehouse premises were damaged.
Poltava Region
As a result of impacts and falling debris in the Kremenchuk district, an energy infrastructure facility and private households were damaged. In the Poltava district — power lines, trolleybus contact lines, and road surfaces. Windows in the homes of peaceful residents were damaged.
Cherkasy Region
An infrastructure facility in the region was targeted by Russian occupiers. As a result of the impacts, a fire broke out, damaging buildings and a critical infrastructure facility.
Damage to seven multi-apartment residential buildings was also recorded. According to preliminary data, eight people were injured, including one child.
Prosecutors, along with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of another war crime against the civilian population committed by the armed forces of the Russian Federation. Criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the facts of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Chernihiv Region
During the day and evening of October 9, the occupiers attacked a transport facility in the Bakhmach community with drones. One of the employees involved in repair work sustained a shrapnel wound.
In addition, as a result of the attack, energy facilities in the city of Nizhyn and the Nizhyn district were damaged. Fires broke out at the site, which were extinguished. About 2,500 consumers were left without electricity.
Zaporizhzhia
Preliminarily, the enemy used Shahed-136 type UAVs, aerial bombs, and missiles of various types.
One of the strikes hit a private house, resulting in an entire family being affected: a 7-year-old boy was killed, while his underage sister and parents sustained injuries of varying severity.
Additionally, at least 5 other people were reported to have been injured.
As a result of the shelling, a critical infrastructure facility, multi-apartment buildings located near the impact sites, and other infrastructure in the city were damaged.
