Massive attacks by enemy drones: prosecutors record the consequences of shelling in various regions

On the evening of November 6 and the night of November 7, Russian troops attacked Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Odesa, and Kharkiv regions. Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of yet another war crime against the civilian population committed by the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
Dnipropetrovsk Region.
In the evening of November 6, Russian troops attacked the city of Dnipro using UAVs: 4 people were injured. Infrastructure, multi-apartment and private houses, a utility building, and vehicles were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Odesa Region.
On the night of November 7, Russian forces attacked the Odesa and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi districts with strike drones, shelling energy facilities. Warehouse premises and an administrative building were damaged. No people were harmed.
Under the procedural guidance of the Odesa Regional and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi District Prosecutor's Offices, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Prosecutors are working on-site together with police officers and SBU employees.
Kharkiv Region.
On the night of November 7, Russian strike drones attacked the city of Chuhuiv. Preliminary information indicates that the enemy used 17 UAVs of the "Geran-2" type.
A building of an educational institution, a post office, a car service station, vehicles, and the territory of a municipal enterprise were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Chuhuiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Sumy Region.
On November 6, 2025, around 14:00, the occupiers attacked a civilian vehicle with a drone in the Seredyno-Buda community of the Shostka district.
At that time, there were four people in the car. The 50-year-old driver died in the hospital from injuries sustained, while a 41-year-old woman and her 14-year-old son were injured, and another passenger sustained minor injuries.
Under the procedural guidance of the Shostka District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted regarding the commission of war crimes that resulted in a person's death (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The pre-trial investigation is being carried out by investigators of the Shostka District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy Region.
