Under the procedural guidance of the Luhansk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a citizen has been notified of suspicion for collaboration activities (part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, a resident of Kadiivka began collaborating with the enemy after the capture of certain territories in the region.

For several years, he held leadership positions in the occupying authorities and was the head of the "administration" in Alchevsk.

In March 2025, he was appointed "Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of the LPR".

He continues to participate in meetings with the "head of the LPR" and representatives of the aggressor country, under his leadership, projects for road construction and the restoration of air communication have been developed.

Currently, the issue of declaring him wanted and choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
