In Cherkasy region, law enforcement officers exposed a man who sold a fake "reserve+" for fake booking documents for money

Under the procedural guidance of the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a man has been notified of suspicion for obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during a special period, forgery of an official document, and its sale (part 1 of article 114-1, part 3 of article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, in November 2024, the suspect developed a copy of the mobile application "Reserve+" – an electronic cabinet for conscripts.

Through chatbots in the Telegram messenger, he sold this application for money to at least 20 conscription-age men. In it, they could obtain forged electronic military registration documents with false information about deferment from conscription for military service, specifically reservation.

Thus, conscripts were able to avoid mobilization training and the mobilization itself.

These actions of the suspect led to the obstruction of the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure for him is being resolved.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Cherkasy region, with operational support from the Security Service of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region.

Note: according to article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
