At the request of the Zolotonosha District Prosecutor's Office, the Economic Court of Cherkasy Region has terminated the lease agreement with a private enterprise that, over the past 2 years, using 535 hectares of water fund land within the administrative boundaries of the Novodmytrivka village council, has accrued over half a million hryvnias in unpaid rent to the local budget. 

In accordance with the court's decision, the prosecutor's office has ensured the cancellation of the state registration of the lease rights for the specified land plot, which will allow the territorial community to manage this land for more effective use and to replenish the local budget.
