The head of the Chernihiv regional prosecutor's office proved the guilt of a resident of the Chernihiv district in the rape, corruption of a minor, and the production of child pornography involving her (part 4 of Article 152, part 2 of Article 156, parts 4, 5 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, parts 1, 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Since 2013, the accused committed lewd acts against his minor daughter. In 2017, he raped her for the first time. Furthermore, it was proven that from 2013 to 2021, the man systematically produced pornographic materials involving the child. 

During the court proceedings, the accused refused to provide any testimony and only formally admitted his guilt during the court debates, hoping for leniency in sentencing. 

At the same time, the court supported the position of the prosecutor's office and sentenced the perpetrator to the maximum penalty – 15 years of imprisonment.

Until the verdict takes legal effect, the accused will remain in custody.
