The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in court against a 44-year-old man who committed violent sexual acts, forced a sexual act, corrupted three minor children, and produced child pornography.

The court agreed with the arguments of the head of the regional prosecutor's office and issued a guilty verdict, sentencing the defendant to the harshest punishment – life imprisonment (Part 6 of Article 152, Part 1 of Article 154, Part 2 of Article 156, Parts 1, 3, 4 of Article 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The man systematically committed violent sexual acts and corrupted two stepdaughters, aged 7 and 11, during his wife's absence. In addition, he forced one of the girls to engage in sexual acts with her 9-year-old brother, previously getting the boy intoxicated. The illegal actions against the children were committed by the convicted from November 2021 to May 2024, and he filmed everything on his mobile phone.

During his arrest, nearly 300 photo and video files containing child pornography were found on him.

The children were immediately removed from the dangerous environment: they are under proper social supervision.

The convicted partially admitted his guilt. Until the verdict takes legal effect, he will remain in custody.

The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators from the investigative unit of the Police Department No. 2 of the Kamianske District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
