In Dnipropetrovsk, prosecutors returned to the state of the state of the land of the Nature Reserve Fund "Valley of the Bull River" worth almost 15 million UAH

One of the key priorities of the prosecutor's office remains the protection of Ukrainian land from illegal use. The transfer of plots within protected natural areas contradicts their intended purpose and the requirements of current legislation in Ukraine. Thanks to the prosecutor's office, another attempt at the illegal transfer of lands from the nature reserve fund has been stopped.

By the lawsuit of the Shakhtarsk District Prosecutor's Office, land plots within the landscape reserve "Valley of the River Byk" in the Synelnykove district of the region, valued at almost 15 million UAH, have been returned to state ownership.

It has been established that a farming enterprise was illegally granted lease of land plots covering more than 140 hectares for agricultural use.

In order to restore legality and protect Ukraine's natural heritage, prosecutors appealed to the court, which fully satisfied the claims.

Based on a principled position, the prosecutor's office will continue to take measures to protect the interests of the state during the use of lands in protected natural areas.
