Prosecutors of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, together with police investigators and SBU operatives, uncovered a large-scale illegal scheme involving state land in the village of Dmytrivka, Kyiv region.

According to the investigation, the director of the state enterprise "DGH 'Dmytrivka' of the Institute of Horticulture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine" organized the transfer of a land plot of nearly 18 hectares to a controlled LLC based on a forged acceptance-transfer act. No decision of the village council session, referenced in the document, actually existed.

To "officially" formalize the raider seizure, a state registrar from Dnipropetrovsk region was involved, who, for a monetary reward, provided access to the registry. The technical entry of false data was carried out by a third party. The registration actions were conducted without any representative of the company.

Thus, a land plot worth over 22.8 million UAH was removed from state ownership.

During the investigation, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has already annulled the registration decision that formalized the ownership rights for the LLC.

Three individuals involved in the case have been notified of suspicion by prosecutors of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office under Part 5 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized interference in the operation of information (automated), electronic communication networks, committed during the period of martial law), and the director of the state enterprise has been served a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (abuse of power or official position resulting in severe consequences).

A motion is being prepared for the court to choose preventive measures for the suspects.

Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.

The pre-trial investigation body is the Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv region, with operational support from the Bucha District Department of the SBU in Kyiv and Kyiv region.

Note: According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a court verdict.
