The court supported the position of the juvenile prosecutors of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and found the man guilty of systematically committing serious crimes against two minor girls.

It was established that from 2015 to 2018, the accused committed sexual and immoral acts against the two victimized children, taking advantage of their helpless state. In addition, he created and distributed pornographic materials depicting children. One of the sisters reported the violence to law enforcement.

The accused was the godfather of one of the victimized girls. The children's mother died when they were still young, so the girls lived with their father, who also committed sexual violence against them and was an accomplice of his friend in creating child pornography involving his daughters. The man is currently wanted.

Prosecutors from the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office proved the guilt of the accused under Part 4 of Article 152, Part 2 of Article 156, and Part 5 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine in court. Considering the collected evidence, the court agreed with the prosecution's position and imposed a sentence of 15 years of imprisonment.

“The stage of court debates lasted more than four hours. During this time, the accused argued to the court that he was supposedly innocent and that the case was fabricated. However, we emphasized his guilt and the necessity of isolating him from society for 15 years,” said Dmitry Sitar, Deputy Head of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, who supported the prosecution in court.
