The Voznesensk District Prosecutor's Office ensured the actual execution of the court's decision regarding the return of five land plots of the nature reserve fund, with a total area of 10 hectares, to the state represented by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

Prosecutors established that the Oleksandrivka Village Council of the Voznesensk District illegally transferred land plots located within the national natural park "Buzkyi Gard" into private ownership for personal farming purposes, which was created to preserve and restore the natural and historical-cultural complexes and natural objects of the Southern Bug basin.

The Voznesensk City District Court of Mykolaiv Region satisfied the claims of the prosecutor's office. Currently, thanks to the measures taken by the district prosecutor's office, the land plots have been returned to state ownership, with corresponding entries made in the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate.
