A video has been published on one of the Telegram channels, showing a serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces with a white armband opening aimed fire on a civilian in the area of Rodynske, Pokrovsk district. Subsequently, he approached the victim, who was lying on the road, and after inspecting her, fled the crime scene. 

Information has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations regarding the commission of a war crime that resulted in a person's death (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions are conducting a pre-trial investigation.

Urgent investigative (search) actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the event and the individuals involved in the commission of the crime among the servicemen of the Russian Federation.
