Two state registrars will be judged in Poltava region, because of which 86 hectares of land worth almost 8 million UAH have been put in private ownership

Prosecutors of the Myrhorod District Prosecutor's Office have sent indictments to the court regarding two state registrars of the administrative services center for the population of the executive committee of the village council from the Kremenchuk district, due to whose illegal actions 14 plots of land were removed from the communal property of the Shyshatska territorial community into the ownership of a local private enterprise (part 3 of Article 365-2, part 3 of Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigation established that one of the accused illegally registered ownership rights for a private enterprise on 6 plots of land in 2021. The other committed similar actions in 2023 regarding 8 plots of land.

The total area of the land is 86 hectares, with a value of almost 8 million hryvnias.

Prosecutors have filed civil claims for the return of the land plots to the ownership of the territorial community.

The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings was conducted by investigators of the Myrhorod District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Poltava region.
