In the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone killed civilians who were traveling to collect pensions and groceries

According to the investigation, in the morning of November 13, a group of people set off on three homemade motorblocks to the village of Borova to receive their pensions and humanitarian aid.

Near the village of Novoplatonivka in the Izium district, one of the motorblocks was hit by a Russian FPV drone. 

Two women died at the scene. Another man succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.

One person was injured. 

Currently, law enforcement is establishing all the circumstances and collecting evidence of yet another attack by Russian military forces against the civilian population.

Under the procedural guidance of the Izium District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv Oblast, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of a war crime that resulted in loss of life (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
