Under the procedural guidance of the Chuhuiv and Lozova District Prosecutor's Offices of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated into the facts of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on September 4, between 00:35 and 01:15, Russian drones attacked the city of Chuhuiv and the surrounding area.

In the village of Malynivka, hits were recorded in the private residential sector, causing fires. A man and a woman were injured. Three other men experienced acute stress reactions. Houses and cars were damaged.

In the city of Chuhuiv, buildings of an enterprise were damaged.

Also, at night, strikes were carried out on infrastructure facilities in the Lozova district.

According to preliminary data, the Russian army used strike drones "Geran-2" against populated areas.

Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and necessary measures to document the war crimes committed by the Russian military.
