The issue of choosing preventive measures for them is being resolved. The prosecutor's office will petition for their detention with an alternative of bail in an amount not less than the sum of the damages caused.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by detectives of the Territorial Department of the Bureau of Economic Security in the Transcarpathian region under the procedural guidance of the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor's Office. Operational support is provided by the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
