Under the procedural guidance of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office, a state registrar from one of the villages in the Haisyn district of the Vinnytsia region has been notified of suspicion for unlawfully conducting state registration of ownership rights to shares of buildings and structures, having illegally entered information about the subject of these rights into the State Register of Real Estate Rights.

According to the conclusion of the construction and appraisal examination, the interests of the territorial community have suffered damages amounting to 11.5 million UAH.

The suspect is charged with abuse of power (Part 3 of Article 365-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police in the Vinnytsia region.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
