Under the procedural guidance of the Shostka District Prosecutor's Office, pre-trial investigations are being conducted into the commission of war crimes (parts 1 and 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The occupiers continue to attack civilian vehicles with drones, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law.

According to the investigation, on November 5, 2025, at 15:30, a 34-year-old man who was delivering bread to the local population was killed in the Seredyno-Buda community. Three other civilians were injured.

At 15:40, in the Znob-Novhorodske community, a 26-year-old tractor driver who was performing agricultural work was injured by an enemy strike. The tractor was damaged.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Shostka District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Sumy region.
