Civilian casualties as a result of Russian attacks: two killed in Kyiv and two civilians killed in Dnipropetrovsk region

		Under the procedural guidance of the prosecution authorities, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the facts of the Russian Federation's military crimes against the civilian population (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Kyiv
At around 4:00 AM on October 25, 2025, the enemy launched a missile strike on the capital. Damage has been recorded in three districts — Dniprovs'kyi, Desnians'kyi, and Darnyts'kyi.
Currently, one fatality has been reported in the Desnians'kyi district and nine injured across the three districts of the city. Three of the injured have been hospitalized, one of whom died in the hospital.
In the Dniprovs'kyi district, windows in 12 residential buildings and a kindergarten have been damaged, while in the Darnyts'kyi district, damage occurred in a high-rise building.
In the Desnians'kyi district, a store, food warehouses, and vehicles have been damaged.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
On the night of October 25, 2025, Russian military forces launched a missile strike on the territory of the Petropavlivska community in the Synelnykove district. As a result of the shelling, two people were killed, and nine others were injured, with damage to civilian infrastructure and vehicles.
Additionally, in the Malomykhailivska community, a woman was injured during an evening shelling by an FPV drone.
In the Pokrovsk community, a private house and an outbuilding were damaged.
In the Pavlohrad district, infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of a UAV attack.
In Nikopol, the enemy used artillery to damage a garage and a vehicle.
Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of the criminal actions of the Russian army against civilians.
