In courts of all instances, prosecutors proved that the convicted individual, in September 2022, entered the territory of his father's property and inflicted multiple bodily injuries on his father, grandfather, and grandmother with an axe. They died on the spot from the injuries sustained.

It was established that the convicted individual intended to steal their property.

Based on the principled position of the prosecutors from the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Supreme Court upheld the sentence of life imprisonment for the murder of relatives and the attempt to seize their property (part 3 of Article 15, part 4 of Article 185, paragraph 1 of part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Currently, the man is serving the sentence imposed by the court. The convicted individual has admitted his guilt.
