In accordance with the court's decision on the prosecution's lawsuit, the construction company reimbursed nearly 5 million UAH of unjustly retained funds for the share participation to the local budget.

Prosecutors established that in 2024, the developer put into operation a multi-apartment residential building with public purpose premises and an underground parking lot in the city of Lviv. Despite this, contrary to the requirements of the legislation, the business entity evaded paying the share participation for the creation and development of the engineering, transport, and social infrastructure of the city.

The Economic Court of Lviv Region supported the claims of the Frankivsk District Prosecutor's Office of Lviv regarding the recovery of the debt. As a result, the company fully paid the aforementioned share participation funds.
