In Dnipro, yet another scheme for the illegal transportation of conscription-age individuals across the state border of Ukraine has been uncovered. Three men were detained while receiving 16,000 US dollars for organizing the illegal crossing of the border.

A resident of Dnipro, involving two acquaintances, organized a scheme for the illegal transportation of military conscripts outside Ukraine. An individual could either cross the state border independently outside of checkpoints or be transported with accompanying persons.

Two accomplices were looking for clients among acquaintances, while the third was responsible for organizing the transportation. The cost of the "service" ranged from 10,000 to 16,000 US dollars.

On November 7, 2025, under the procedural guidance of prosecutors, the fact of receiving 16,000 US dollars from a military conscript was documented, who was promised illegal organization of departure outside Ukraine.

Three men have been notified of suspicion in organizing the illegal transportation of individuals across the state border of Ukraine, committed by a group of individuals in prior conspiracy (part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The investigation is ongoing. Law enforcement is identifying all individuals involved in the crime and the number of transported citizens.

The procedural guidance in the criminal proceedings is carried out by prosecutors of the Slobozhansky District Prosecutor's Office, the pre-trial investigation is conducted by investigators of the Department No. 2 of the Dnipro District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the region, and operational support is provided by employees of the Migration Police Department in cooperation with investigators of the regional police.

Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until their guilt is proven in a lawful manner and established by a guilty verdict of the court.
