Law enforcement officers capture the consequences of Russian aggression in Kherson region: there are dead and injured

Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office of the Kherson region, pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on October 7, 2025, Russian troops systematically attacked settlements in the Kherson region throughout the day, using artillery, mortars, and drones of various types. As of 5:30 PM, one civilian has been reported dead and four others injured.

Since the morning, the occupiers have dropped explosives from drones several times. One of the strikes hit a public transport stop in Kherson — a man was killed, and another was injured.

Later, two people were injured as a result of similar attacks in Kherson and Antonivka.

Additionally, in the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka, a man detonated a mine in his own yard.

As a result of the shelling, private and multi-apartment buildings, infrastructure facilities, administrative buildings, and an educational institution have been damaged.

Prosecutors, together with police investigators, continue to document the consequences of the shelling and the war crimes committed by Russian military personnel.
