Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office of the Kherson region, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). 

According to the investigation, on June 23, 2025, Russian military forces attacked settlements in the Kherson region using artillery weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles. 

As of 5:30 PM, there are reports of two fatalities and two injuries as a result of shelling of civilians. 

In the morning, in Antonivka and Beryslav, two men sustained injuries incompatible with life. Both were outside in the strike zone of the UAVs. 

Another two men were injured in Antonivka and Kherson. These victims were also attacked by the occupiers using drones. 

Additionally, as a result of the shelling, private houses and vehicles have been damaged. 

Prosecutors, together with investigators, continue to document the war crimes committed by the military of the Russian Federation.
