The prosecutor's office returned land plots worth almost 1.4 million hryvnias to the territorial community through the court

At the request of the Bila Tserkva District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv Oblast, the Economic Court of Kyiv Oblast annulled the right of private ownership of land plots totaling over 71 hectares valued at 1 million 383 thousand UAH, which had been illegally registered to a private company.

Prosecutors proved in court that the state registrar registered the ownership rights to these land plots without the necessary documents confirming the private company's ownership rights.

Such actions contradict the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and violate the interests of the territorial community.

Responding to the identified violations, the prosecutor's office, in the interests of the state represented by the Fursivska Village Council, filed a lawsuit to annul the state registration of private ownership rights to the specified lands.

The court confirmed the legitimacy and validity of the prosecutor's claims and annulled the illegal registration.

As a result, the community will regain over 71 hectares of land valued at 1 million 383 thousand UAH.
