At the request of the Cherkasy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a property complex with an area of over 26,000 square meters, valued at 451 million UAH, has been returned to state ownership.

Last year, the State Property Fund sold the complex of the State Enterprise "Kamianske Distillery" at electronic auctions. During the inspection, the prosecutor's office found that the buyer did not fulfill the terms of the contract — in particular, did not settle the debt to the budget.

Due to the failure to meet obligations, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to terminate the purchase and sale agreement. The court supported the prosecutor's position.

The court's decision has been executed: information about the return of the property complex to state ownership, represented by the State Property Fund of Ukraine, has been entered into the State Register of Property Rights.
