Every attempt to use them illegally undermines the interests of the state and threatens the environment. The prosecutor's office has entered into a court case to protect the territory of the local significance hydrological reserve "Swan Lake." A land plot and water surface area of over 200 hectares have been leased to a local enterprise for fish farming purposes, which does not align with the purpose of creating a protected area. Currently, the court has opened proceedings in the interests of the state against the Zhashkiv City Council and the LLC.
