The Baryshivka District Court of Kyiv Oblast granted the lawsuit of the Brovary District Prosecutor's Office regarding the return of 40 hectares of agricultural land to the ownership of the territorial community.

Prosecutors established that the village council of the Brovary District unlawfully transferred this land into private ownership of members of a farming enterprise without proper legal grounds.

As a result, the community lost a significant area of land that was to be used for farming. Now, thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor's office, these plots have been returned to communal ownership.
