The prosecutor's office ensured the actual enforcement of the court's decision to return over 13 hectares of land related to industry, transport, electronic communications, energy, and defense, with a market value of over 17 million UAH. This concerns land located within the Stanislav territorial community of the Kherson region.  

Earlier, at the request of the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office, the court annulled the illegal transfer of land to a private company and the lease agreement. It was revealed that in 2018, the registrar unjustifiably formalized ownership rights to several objects – a small security building, a pier, and two pumping stations. Subsequently, they were transferred to the charter capitals of several companies, resulting in a new company receiving over 13 hectares of land without a competition. Meanwhile, the actual buildings occupied only 15 square meters, which is a thousand times less than the allocated area.  

Thanks to the measures taken by the prosecutor's office, the court decision has been fully executed: the registration of the real estate objects has been canceled, and the land valued at over 17 million UAH has been returned to the community's ownership.
