On the evening of November 10 and the night of November 11, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked the Kharkiv and Odesa regions with strike drones and an FPV drone. Pre-trial investigations have been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Odesa Region.

As a result of the attack by the Russian armed forces with strike drones on the night of November 11, a person was injured in the Izmail district. Energy and production infrastructure facilities were damaged. A private house and a car were also damaged in the city of Izmail.

Prosecutors are working on-site together with police officers.  

Kharkiv Region 

On November 10, around 18:45, in the village of Rubizhne in the Chuhuiv district, an enemy FPV drone hit a civilian car. Two men aged 24 and 42, as well as a 16-year-old boy, were injured.

Around 21:00, Russian troops attacked the city of Bohodukhiv with drones — there was a recorded hit of a UAV on the roadway. Administrative buildings and a café were damaged. In the village of Zamist in the Kupiansk district, residential houses, outbuildings, and vehicles were also damaged.
